DELIVERY
If ordering by this website or via our Telesales number by credit/debit card at the time of placing your order, Your goods will be dispatched on the following working day on receipt & confirmation of payment. Goods are dispatched on a three (working) day service. Payment for goods by cheque & postal order will not be dispatched until all funds are cleared through our bank. Deliveries can be made to any address in the UK or the Republic of Ireland. However, if ordering from within the Republic of Ireland we ask that rather than ordering on this website you call our order line so we may provide you with prices in Euros.

GUARANTEE & RETURNS
These guarantees apply to UK only and are in addition to your statutory consumer rights. If for any reason our products fail to perform satisfactorily within the stated guarantee or have been supplied faulty, you will be offered the choice of a replacement product or a full refund. Any unused product may be returned within 30 days for a refund excluding original postage costs and no refunded will be given for the cost of postage and packing for the return of any goods. We do ask that any unused product be returned in its original packaging.
